With a diverse background that spans over 20 years, I have consulting and corporate experience in specialty retail, personal care, wellness, consumer package goods, grocery, and telecommunications. I am a trusted partner and advisor who works effectively across all levels of an organization.
On the corporate side, I held business transformation and operations leadership roles with Bath & Body Works, Victoria’s Secret, Mast Industries and Ascena Retail Group. Prior to retail, I was in high-tech manufacturing with Scientific-Atlanta and Motorola.
My education includes an MBA from the University of Georgia, a Master of Arts from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Arts from Millikin University. I am on The Ohio State University Fashion and Retail Studies advisory board and a founding member of CBUS Retail. I have a Master’s Certificate in project management and earned the PMP Project Management Professional certification. I am a certified Senn Delaney facilitator in leadership, culture-shaping and change management.

I started Connexxion Consulting in 2016 after two decades of working in a corporate setting. I was afforded many amazing opportunities and learned so much from people all over the globe. My proudest moment when starting my company was when my box of business cards arrived in the mail (yes, consultants sure do pass out a lot of business cards). My son asked, “Mommy, is this YOUR company? Are you in charge of the WHOLE thing?” I had been a corporate executive for years with big teams, big budgets and P&Ls, big responsibilities…and THIS was what impressed him, even though I didn’t have a single client at the time.
I knew this was my path.
